BROOKS SADDLES – AN ICON OF CYCLING

Sarah asked: I have read a lot about Brooks bicycle seats on cycling forums and a lot of people recommend them to me. Are they a good saddle? I've never heard of Brooks saddles before.

Sarah...that's a great question and the short answer is yes. Brooks saddles are one of the finest quality bicycle saddles that you can buy. They are a very old company with a lot of tradition, heritage and experience and that should count for something in this day and age of disposable corporations.

Since I got a Brooks my butt has been very happy. I was not convinced that this was going to be the best choice…it doesn’t look comfortable but I have to say…I LOVE It.

I got the Brooks B17 and haven’t regretted it a bit. It’s a beautiful saddle.

At first they are hard as a rock but give it time and get gets better each time you ride on it.I too got the Brooks B17 Special in Green its so nice to ride on much better than you might think.But it does take time to brake it in so don’t get in a hurry give it time and treat it with care it will last longer than you will lol.Mine sure will last longer than I will
