The ERGO lycra seat is a poorly made seat with a problem in the rail mounting. I broke the rail on one side and almost fell off the bike. Talked to the manufacture after they looked at the seat and they said "abuse" I said from what, from sitting on it. I am 6'2" and 180. The lycra on the seat was like new the only thing I did was cut the stupid tabs off the back. I think the tabs are for mounting small childerens license plates but I use a removeable tour bag and it was in the way. If this caused the problem they have a real product defect. The main issue I had was they had the seat for 4 weeks and no call or email all of which I sent with the seat. As to their decision not to replace was just a tough luck we don't care attitude, even after I explained that I have one on another bike and talked 5 bike club members into purchasing these seats. The customer service is one of the worst I have experienced in a log while. Just plain rude, business owner who talks a good line but doesn't stand behind product.
