Some women prefer diamonds but for others, the site of a leather clad, carbon railed, lightweight Terry Butterfly is what gets the heart pounding. Carbon seat rails are normally reserved for high end, ultra light racing seats so Terry was thrilled to introduce a lightweight yet comfortable carbon saddle for women. Full carbon rails make the Terry ButterFly Carbon the lightest weight womens saddle they make. It's a fly weight but yet it provides the same comfort that's made the ButterFly one of the most widely used saddles on the planet.

The Terry ButterFly Carbon still features the signature cutaway center section that makes for a flexible and comfortable saddle against your soft tissues, which is definitely important. The low profile, flat top features multi-density, injection molded foam that's a bit stiffer in the rear for more power while pedaling. The shock-absorbing, super light carbon rails attach to the shell in an integral suspension bridge design to minimize road vibration.

Available in a smooth finish in either white or black leather. If you're looking for first class performance in a comfortable and lightweight package then the Terry ButterFly Carbon will fit the bill nicely.

great saddle, great price   Review Date: October 28, 2009 Reviewer: vagabond phoenix, It's very light and comfy so far. However, be advised that in most cases this seat will not fit your typical seatpost clamp. I had to special order one because the carbon rails are formed differently (larger). If you do need to special order a clamp, know that the rails measure 8mm (info that took me a week to find out because it's not on Terry's website.) Happy Trails!
